Our Curriculum Approach

Our curriculum is thoughtfully developed using well-established early childhood research and best practices, with a strong focus on nurturing the whole child—emotionally, socially, physically, and intellectually. We believe that meaningful learning happens when children feel safe, valued, and supported in a caring and inclusive environment. By creating spaces where children feel confident and secure, we encourage them to explore, ask questions, and express their ideas freely. Our approach inspires curiosity and creativity through play-based and hands-on learning experiences that are engaging and age-appropriate. Educators carefully guide each child’s learning journey while respecting their individual interests, abilities, and pace of development. Through positive relationships, supportive routines, and enriching learning opportunities, we empower children to build a strong foundation for lifelong learning and a smooth transition into future stages of education.

Our Program Framework

Our programs are carefully structured to support learning across all developmental stages—from infants to preschoolers—ensuring continuity and progression.

Infants Program
Toddlers Program
Preschool Program
Infants

Infants Program (0-18 months)

Our Infants Program focuses on nurturing a safe and stimulating environment for babies from birth to 18 months. Activities include sensory exploration, gentle movement, music, and social interaction, all designed to support early brain development. Our trained educators carefully observe each child’s individual pace, ensuring personalized attention and emotional bonding. This program encourages curiosity, early motor skills, and cognitive development through playful learning experiences. Parents are included in regular updates and workshops to reinforce developmental milestones at home.

Toddlers

Toddlers Program (18 months-3 years)

The Toddlers Program encourages early independence and social skills in children aged 18 months to 3 years. Through interactive play, language-building activities, and problem-solving exercises, toddlers develop essential motor and cognitive abilities. Activities like storytelling, arts and crafts, and group games foster creativity, teamwork, and emotional understanding. Our curriculum is designed to adapt to each child’s growth and curiosity, providing a foundation for confident, happy learners. Regular parent-teacher interactions ensure that every child’s progress is celebrated and supported.

Preschoolers

Preschool Program (3-5 years)

Our Preschool Program prepares children aged 3 to 5 years for a smooth transition to formal schooling. The curriculum emphasizes literacy, numeracy, creativity, and social-emotional learning. Through structured activities, group projects, and outdoor play, children develop critical thinking, communication skills, and confidence. We use hands-on learning tools, educational games, and interactive lessons to make learning engaging and enjoyable. Our approach encourages curiosity, problem-solving, and self-expression, ensuring that children thrive academically, socially, and emotionally before entering primary school.

S.T.E.A.M Workshop

At Kids Learning Academy Early Learning Centre, our STEAM Workshop introduces children to Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics through hands-on learning. Children explore exciting activities like simple experiments, building challenges, creative art, and interactive math games. The workshop encourages curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking in a fun and engaging way. Kids learn to problem-solve, experiment, and express their ideas with confidence. Collaborative activities help develop teamwork and communication skills. Our STEAM Workshop builds a strong foundation for lifelong learning and innovation.

In this STEAM workshop, children dive into the fascinating world of science through simple, hands-on experiments that spark curiosity and excitement. Young learners explore basic scientific concepts such as cause and effect, gravity, magnetism, and chemical reactions using safe, age-appropriate materials. Instead of just observing, children actively participate—mixing, building, testing, and predicting outcomes. This approach helps them develop critical thinking skills while encouraging them to ask questions and seek answers. The workshop promotes teamwork as children collaborate on experiments, share ideas, and learn from one another. By making science fun and interactive, we help children build confidence in their abilities and nurture a lifelong love for discovery and learning.

The Creative Engineers workshop introduces children to the fundamentals of engineering through imaginative building challenges. Using blocks, recycled materials, and simple tools, children design and construct structures such as bridges, towers, and moving models. They learn to plan, test, and improve their designs—understanding that mistakes are a valuable part of the learning process. This workshop strengthens problem-solving skills, spatial awareness, and logical thinking while encouraging creativity. Children work individually and in teams, learning how to communicate ideas and collaborate effectively. Through engineering play, they gain resilience, patience, and confidence as they turn ideas into real-world creations.

Math in Motion transforms numbers into exciting activities that children can see, touch, and experience. This STEAM workshop focuses on developing early math skills such as counting, sorting, measuring, and recognizing patterns through games and hands-on tasks. Children engage in puzzles, building activities, and interactive challenges that make math enjoyable rather than intimidating. By applying math concepts to real-life situations—like measuring objects or creating patterns—children develop a deeper understanding of how numbers work in everyday life. The workshop helps build a strong foundation in mathematical thinking while boosting confidence and problem-solving abilities in a fun, supportive environment.
This workshop beautifully blends art and technology, showing children that creativity and innovation go hand in hand. Participants explore drawing, painting, crafting, and design while incorporating basic technology concepts such as simple circuits, patterns, and digital creativity. Children learn how art can be enhanced through technology, encouraging them to think creatively while developing fine motor skills and visual expression. This session fosters imagination, self-expression, and originality, allowing children to showcase their unique ideas. By combining artistic freedom with structured STEAM concepts, children learn that learning can be both creative and technical—building confidence and inspiring innovative thinking.
